  • 7-Day Policy: Return, refund, or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with complete original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for courier charges for the return. However, if the item received is damaged or incorrect, Craze will cover the shipping cost.
  • Custom Products: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Change of Mind: Return requests based solely on a change of mind are not accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Refund: Refunds apply to eligible non-customized products returned within 7 days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Sadapay  or other available methods.

4. Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day Exchange: Exchanges may be requested within 7 days, subject to product availability.
  • Exchange Conditions: The product must meet original condition requirements to qualify for an exchange.
  • Custom Items: Personalized or engraved items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
